Terms of Service
Effective: August 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of xgolo.app, including the xGolo PRO subscription. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service and eligibility
xGolo provides football schedules, statistics, fantasy tools, model-based predictions and related analysis. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is intended for users aged 18 or older.

2. Information, not guaranteed outcomes
Predictions, fantasy projections, odds context and other analysis are informational estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong and do not guarantee sporting, financial or betting outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions and for complying with local law.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your xGolo account. Do not share verification codes or attempt to access another person’s account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. PRO subscription and billing
xGolo PRO is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes, currency conversion or bank fees may apply.

5. Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription through the billing portal in your xGolo account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments already made are non-refundable. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

6. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls, scrape at abusive rates, upload malicious code, infringe rights, impersonate others or use xGolo unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers or the service.

7. Data and third-party services
Football and market data may come from third-party providers and can change without notice. Stripe and other service providers operate under their own terms and policies. Availability of a feature or competition is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property
xGolo’s software, design, brand and original analysis are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Team, league and provider names, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership transfers to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xGolo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
บริการให้ตามสภาพและเท่าที่พร้อมใช้งานภายใต้ขอบเขตกฎหมาย ไม่รับประกันว่าระบบจะไม่หยุดหรือข้อมูลจะไร้ข้อผิดพลาด สิทธิที่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัดยังคงมีผล
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to account@mail.xgolo.app.
